Building Better Dental Academy is the group's education arm: hands-on workshops and full-day immersive courses for general dental practitioners, taught on the same equipment and the same workflow the Atelier practices use every day.
Courses run across digital dentistry, restorative and endodontic treatment, treatment planning and the financial workflows of a modern practice. Delegates work on live patients and real cases, with small groups (typically six) so everyone gets hands-on time.
The academy's courses are authored and taught by Dr Amit Patel and Dr Spencer Richman. Dr Patel is an Align Technology speaker and Dentsply Sirona Key Opinion Leader; Dr Richman's practice is limited to root canal treatment under the operating microscope. Together they teach the root-to-crown approach the group is known for: the tooth prepared first, the endodontics completed while the crown is designed and milled, the crown fitted at the end of the same visit.
Building Better deliberately sits in a sharper, more progressive register than the practices. Same family, different job.
